1. Service

Provider shall transport Client’s pet(s) on the agreed date(s) and route, providing care and handling during transit in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Fees & Payment

• Deposit: A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total quoted service fee is required to confirm and reserve the transportation date.
• Balance due: The remaining balance shall be paid no later than 48 hours before pickup.
• Late payment: Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 14 days before pickup: The deposit shall be refunded less a $100 booking fee.
• 7 to 14 days before pickup: 50% of the deposit shall be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before pickup: The deposit shall be nonrefundable.
• Provider cancellations: If Provider cancels, Client may receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

4. Rescheduling

Any request to reschedule shall be made as early as possible. Rescheduling within the cancellation windows set forth above may be treated as a cancellation for refund purposes.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Client represents that the pet is current on vaccinations, fit for travel, and free from contagious conditions.
• Client shall provide accurate health, behavior, and contact information, as well as any medications and handling instructions.
• Client authorizes Provider to obtain necessary veterinary care in emergencies, and Client shall be responsible for all related costs.

6. Health & Safety

Provider shall take reasonable measures for pet safety and comfort, but Provider cannot guarantee against illness, injury, escape, or death.

7. Liability & Indemnity

Provider’s liability for loss, injury, or death shall be limited to direct damages up to the total fee paid for the booking, except where prohibited by law. Client shall indemnify Provider for claims arising from Client’s misrepresentation of pet health or behavior.

8. Emergencies

Provider shall attempt to contact Client first. If Client cannot be reached, Provider may authorize emergency veterinary treatment and shall notify Client thereafter. Client shall be responsible for all associated costs.

9. Property & Media

Provider shall not be responsible for damage to Client property left with the pet unless caused by Provider’s negligence. Provider may take photos for records or marketing purposes, and Client may opt out at booking.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable state of Provider’s primary operations, as specified at booking.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
